Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and proactiveMiddle Strong Project Managerto join our dynamic team. As a Middle Project Manager you will be responsible for managing IT projects from start to finish ensuring their successful delivery while maintaining quality scope schedule and client satisfaction. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills strong analytical abilities and solid experience with project management methodologies.
This is an inhouse position not for a specific project. We specialise in different spheres so you may work on any project from these domains: Healthcare Education Financial Services Supply Chain Management Logistics and Transportation Ecommerce Consumer Goods and Services Hospitality and Recreation Legal Matters Real Estate and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering estimation scope management scheduling cost management and stakeholder communication.
- Risk and Change Management: Proactively identify risks manage change requests and adjust project priorities to maintain project momentum and minimize delays.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners ensuring clear communication regarding progress changes and expectations. Facilitate project demos progress reports and retrospectives.
- Project Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation track project performance and provide regular updates on progress issues and milestones.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Motivate and guide crossfunctional teams to align their efforts with project objectives and deliverables.
Optional Responsibilities (based on project needs):
- Engagement Management and PreSales Activities: Support presales efforts by crafting proposals engaging with clients and presenting solutions.
- Requirements Management and Roadmap Planning: Work with stakeholders to analyze and prioritize requirements create clear roadmaps and develop work breakdown structures (WBS).
Skills & Experience:
- 4 years of experience in IT project management with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Solid understanding of development methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc..
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira Confluence or similar platforms.
- Basic Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of REST APIs CI/CD processes and general engineering best practices to facilitate collaboration with the technical team.
- Proficient with workload resource planning and management tools.
- Strong decisionmaking abilities particularly in risk management and highpressure situations.
- Excellent interpersonal presentation and analytical skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients stakeholders and technical teams.
- Customerfocused and performancedriven mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- English proficiency at an UpperIntermediate or Advanced level.
