The Mathematics Department at New York Institute of Technology anticipates openings for parttime (adjunct) instructors for the Spring 2025 semester at both the New York Tech Manhattan and Long Island Campuses. We expect that the new faculty hires will be assigned courses in PreCalculus and Calculus.
These candidates must have a minimum Masters degree in Mathematics and prior experience in teaching college level in PreCalculus and Calculus.
Instructors teaching these courses must use Cengage WebAssign online homework for their courses.
Candidates should have prior experience in teaching using an LMS (such as Blackboard or Canvas).
All adjuncts will be expected to participate in orientation as needed before the start of the semester.
