Workplace: Onsite 3 days per week)
Duration: ASAP to 18 months from start date with no chance for extension

How would you manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver bestinclass gaming experiences while meeting quality schedule and business targets
How comfortable are you working with agile development methodologies and empowering your team to problemsolve
Can you effectively manage dependencies between different teams and resolve issues
Are you experienced in creating and presenting status reports to leadership and stakeholders
Can you identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in project development Do such questions intrigue you
3. Summary of the opportunity
Client Overview: The Coalition Studio is a Microsoft firstparty development studio located in Vancouver Canada. As the official home of the Gears of War franchise their objective is to push the limits of Microsofts entertainment platforms and devices.
Role Summary: As a Producer you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams collaborating with other Producers and discipline leads to drive milestones and creating a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
4. What are the key responsibilities
Sprint planning dependency management and evaluation of priorities
Communicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a highquality level
Proactive risk management and mitigation
Creating updating and presenting status and information to the leadership team
Identifying taskrelated processes to improve efficiency
Managing interteam dependencies
Providing regular capacity plan updates
Focusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowerment
Supporting Agile development in the team
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of production experience on console products
Strong communication and presentation skills
Extensive knowledge of production tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience managing crossfunctional teams through different game phases (PreProduction Production Finaling)
