Job Description
Introduction
We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Cape Town Western Cape.
Role: PrQS (Professional Quantity Surveyor)
Industry: Construction / Engineering
Level: Mid Senio
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Professional registration with SACQSP (PrQS) essential
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC GCC NEC)
- Expertise in cost estimation BOQs and contract administration
- Proficiency in QS software (WinQS Candy MS Excel etc.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
