Custodial Positions Join Our Team at THPRD!
The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) is hiring for parttime Custodian openings and we invite you to join our team!
Responsibilities Include:
- Daily cleaning and sanitization of restrooms equipment and program supplies to maintain the health and safety of all participants and staff.
- Basic custodial techniques including: dusting mopping vacuuming pressure washing window washing carpet cleaning etc.
- Maintaining a helpful professional and friendly attitude toward facility users and staff.
Scheduling:
- Flexible hours based on facility needs.
- Employees in these roles may work fewer than 1560 hours per year.
Qualifications:
- Custodian I:No education or experience required. Must be at least 16 years old.
- Custodian II:Related experience is required. Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

Job Classification Status
THPRD is hiring for multiple positions with hours that vary based on program needs.
- PartTime Variable (PT): Work an average of fewer than 20 hours per week with less than 1560 hours annually.
- Seasonal: Work up to 40 hours per week for a maximum of six consecutive months.
- PartTime Benefits Eligible (PTB): Work an average of 20 to 29 hours per week yearround and qualify for enrollment in a benefits package.
