Deputy Nursery Manager (Maternity Cover)
Salary: Up to 38000
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team on a maternity cover basis. This role will support the Nursery Manager in the daytoday operations ensuring the highest standards of care and education for young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
What Were Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven senior experience in a nursery setting with a genuine passion for early years education.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Support the Nursery Manager in leading motivating and developing the nursery team.
- Child Development: Ensure the nursery provides a safe inclusive and engaging environment where children can learn and thrive.
- Curriculum Planning: Oversee the planning and delivery of educational activities tailored to childrens individual needs.
- Parent Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and families providing regular updates and support.
