Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an EntryLevel Security Operations Center Specialist to join our team in McClellan CA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV fire and security system to control access to the property
• Issue identification cards for employees and visitors for authorized access to the building
• Verify identification and proof of citizenship for export compliance
• Log visitors and security evens in the data management system
• Receive inventory process and disassemble surplus equipment.
• Determine if the surplus equipment is serviceable and can be recapitalized.
• Render unserviceable equipment inoperable through a variety of destruction methods.
• Dispose of surplus equipment in accordance with company policies state and federal regulations and environmental requirement and laws.
• Conduct all actives safely and within OSHA requirements. Use and maintain safety equipment.
• Escort visitors through the building as needed.
• Aid mailroom personnel process shipments and mail through the facility.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Ability to obtain an adjudicated Counterintelligence Polygraph prestart
• 2 years experience with Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint OneNote and Excel)
• Strong communication problem solving and analytical skills
• Extremely organized with strong timemanagement skills
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including climbing ladders stairs lifting up to 35 pounds lifting arms above head height and quickly moving to different areas of the building at a brisk walking pace with or without an assistive mobility device.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph
• Experience with monitoring facility alarms CCTV and fire alarm systems
• Proficiency in recordkeeping and journal entries
• Ability to read and interpret maps and building floor plans
