Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Marketing this position plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing and communication strategies. You will collaborate with external agencies and crossfunctional teams to create impactful marketing programs and initiatives to create brand awareness and provide our patients with easy access to bestinclass healthcare.
Successful candidate has excellent communication skills works well in a team environment has a solid approach to digital marketing and has worked in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
- Drive Bethany Medical The Lenny Peters Foundation Peters Medical Research and affiliated companies marketing strategies with a focus on digital and Adprint activities.
- Create and update marketing materials for Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation.
- Content creation and of ads website social media collateral literature etc.
- Preparation of news releases on events at Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation.
- Prepare marketing report on campaign ROIs with analytics.
- Assist in planning public events for both Bethany Medical and The Lenny Peters Foundation.
- Represent both companies at public events and conferences related to public relations and other activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or public relations preferred with three to five years of experience.
- Twoplus years of campaign management experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish) speaker a must
- Strong knowledge of healthcare preferred.
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Nonprofit experience preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to set clear goals and execute projects from start to finish.
- Excellent interpersonal organizational communication and presentation skills.
