Were looking for someone to join our Customer Operations and Support Team to provide maternity cover for our Resource Planner. This role will specialise in overall workforce management; rota and forecast creation and providing feedback on resource levels and inflow volumes. They will also manage additional adhoc administrative processes needed for the smooth running of the team. Theyll be the relationship owner and responsible for the optimisation of the appropriate third party platforms our customer facing teams use as well as ensuring access is controlled.
This Resource Planner role will suit you if you are highly data driven and able to confidently interpret and visualise data.
