- Develop and implement strategies to increase our social media presence and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns
- Produce multimedia content such as videos graphics and blog posts
- You must be able to juggle multiple projects work effectively in a fastpaced environment with the ability to set priorities meet deadlines and work independently
- Properly route phone calls messages mail and packages
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Provide highlevel support to agents clients and leadership
- Strong attention to detail written and verbal communication skills
- Assist with coordinating company events
- Poised positive outgoing cheerful and professional demeanor
- Intermediate/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Intermediate/Expert knowledge of programs like SkySlope LoneWolf Google Drive Dropbox
- Intermediate/Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter TikTok LinkedIn etc)
