European Wax Center the premiere speed waxing franchise in the beauty industry is hiring a Center Manager. EWC is locally owned and operated by an involved female entrepreneur with more than ten years experience in the beauty industry.
European Wax Centeris in the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and with your help well give guests a reason to walk in and strut out. We are currently seeking a sensational CenterManager with passion determination seeking longevity and a commitment to excellence that will help our teams achieve professional success. Heres What Were Looking For:
Full time position including one weekend shift
35 years of supervisory experience preferably IN THE BEAUTY FIELD
Ability to handle managerial functions
A positive friendly upbeat and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
Ability to manage people
Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
Ability to analyzecompany key performance metrics
Ability to achieve results through others
Ability to manage budget within guidelines based on centers trend and projection
Understanding of market trends and activities
Ability to problem solve and work through issues
Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction
Ability to evolve with changing environment
Passion to support and represent our core company culture
