Job Description

A midsized law firm in San Jose is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Secretary with at least five years of stable employment experience supporting multiple litigation attorneys.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of MS Word to create and edit correspondence briefs pleadings TOAs TOCs and other legal documents. Proficiency in efiling and familiarity with Federal and State court rules are essential.

Key responsibilities include maintaining attorney calendars scheduling meetings and depositions processing expense reports check requests and coordinating the maintenance of client files. Experience with document management systems such as NetDocs is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fastpaced teamoriented environment are imperative.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $45 to $55 per hour depending on the candidates qualifications and experience. The position requires onsite work in our San Jose office (remote work is not available).
