Your Role:
Focus on managing relationships with existing partners to ensure they remain engaged active and profitable. The team handles partner retention upselling additional services and troubleshooting operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication.
Monitor partner performance identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services.
Troubleshoot operational issues such as order delays product availability or fulfillment challenges.
Work with partners to optimize their presence on the platform including menu or product updates.
Reactivate inactive partners and ensure highvalue partners (Diamond/Platinum) receive priority support.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to account management.
Requirements:
Degree in commerce marketing or business management.
Experience in a similar role in a commercial environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good listening skills and ability to build trusting relationships with key partners.
Good command of office automation and CRM tools.
An analytical and resultsoriented mind.
