Security and Science make the basis of Verona where before matchmaking there will be Fintechgrade authentication to ensure fraud detection. Through a deep appreciation for the science of compatibility with Verona we will be using AI for matchmaking based on an individuals core & shared values.

Role Overview:
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for video production Do you excel in crafting both long and shortform video content that resonates with a target audience If youre enthusiastic about creating engaging reels and hosting video podcasts we want to meet you.
We are looking for a Video Content Producer to join our dynamic team and help us elevate our brand through captivating video content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Content Creation:
- Develop longform and shortform video content including reels stories and fulllength videos.
- Conceptualize and execute video campaigns that align with Veronas brand and objectives.
- Anchor and host video podcasts bringing thought leadership to discussions on matchmaking relationships and related topics.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually compelling and onbrand videos.
- Trend Research & Implementation:
- Stay updated on the latest video trends tools and technologies.
- Implement trendy and innovative ideas into video content particularly for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
- Production & PostProduction:
- Handle all aspects of video production from scripting and storyboarding and delivering.
- Ensure highquality video output that meets brand standards and engages the audience.
- Social Media Integration:
- Work closely with the social media team to integrate video content into broader social media strategies.
- Optimize video content for different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis:
- Monitor video performance metrics and analyze the impact of video content on audience engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving video content based on data.
Skill Set:
- Comfortable in facing the camera.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content best practices.
- Excellent storytelling and creative skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage the entire video production process independently.
- Strong communication skills and oncamera presence for hosting podcasts.
Education and Experience:
- 2 years of experience in video content creation or a related field.
- Experience in hosting or anchoring video content is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of video content including reels longform videos and podcasts.
Location/Work Environment:
The Vatika Triangle; Gurgaon India.
