An exciting job role has recently become available at Surrey County Council. They are looking for a new member for their Adults Mental Health Services.
What will your responsibilities be
As an Adults Mental Health Professional you will conduct detailed assessments of mental health needs develop and review individualized care plans and provide therapeutic support and crisis intervention. You will coordinate care with various agencies participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ensure comprehensive care planning. Additionally you will address safeguarding concerns manage risks and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Your role is crucial in promoting recovery social inclusion and the wellbeing of service users.

Qualifications and Experiences:
You must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence. Additionally you should have postqualified experience and a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
