Job Description
Slows Bar BQ a Detroitbased awardwinning restaurant known for its chefdriven spin on barbecue craft beer and community involvement is seeking energetic and customerfocused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members. As a member of our crew you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests ensuring their needs are met.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage guest inquiries resolving any issues or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
- Food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
