As a Junior S&OP Analyst you will have the opportunity to create worldclass customer experiences leveraging your innovation team player and problem solving skills.
This position could involve working in a rotating threeshift system which may include Saturdays Sundays night shifts and/or oncall duty.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and maintain data queries visualizations and models for both regular reporting and adhoc requests. This includes gathering and manipulating data from various sources applying synthesis techniques and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders.
Thrive in a fastpaced environment where plans may need to be adjusted rapidly to respond to sudden changes in demand or unexpected disruptions delivering quick datadriven insights to the Senior Analysts to support timesensitive decisionmaking.
Drive continuous process and tools improvement by tracking progress against established goals in terms of forecasting accuracy (WAPE) outlier detection delivery speed and cost to serve and collaborating with technical and business teams to implement process enhancements.

Amazon Logistics or AMZL handles last mile delivery duties in partnership with thirdparty distribution businesses. We utilise creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts like Amazon Fresh Prime Now and Amazon Restaurants.
There are two sides to what we do. Our under the roof associates process millions of products for dispatch to our delivery teams. Our team is peoplefocused and supportive particularly as lots of our people work through the night. We focus mostly on operations with 24/7 shifts in most of our locations.
Meanwhile our on the road people work with Amazon Flex a network of delivery contractors. Every year we continually raise the bar for customer experience with new innovative delivery services. We look for new ways to overcome industry wide logistics challenges and new ideas to reduce our carbon footprint supported by a portfolio of cuttingedge vehicles (including Electric Vehicles) and technology to help us do just that.
Relevant experience in an analytical tasks or projects working with data
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference CEFR)
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Relevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership
Previous experience within transportation or logistics
Working experience on programming and coding languages (SQL or Python).
