Job Description
Urgently Looking for the Senior BackEnd Web Developer with minimum 5 years of work experience and holding on team leading in Delhi.
Location: New Delhi India
Experience: 5 Years
Work Mode: On Site
Shifting: UK Shifting 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM till October)
Other Facilities: 1st and 3rd Saturday fixed off One paid leave from day one and drop & dinner benefits.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior BackEnd Web Developer to lead the development of serverside logic database management and API integration. The candidate should have a deep understanding of modern backend technologies and experience building scalable secure and highperformance web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design implement and maintain scalable and secure serverside architecture.
Develop robust APIs and services to support frontend development.
Optimize database structures and queries for improved performance.
Ensure application security by implementing best practices in authentication and data protection. Monitor troubleshoot and resolve serverside performance issues.
Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration. Capable of handling a team of Jr developers & interns
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Mentoring the team members with required skills & training
Document technical solutions and system designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in any Core Java Springboot & Node JS.
Strong understanding of other languages (PHP Python etc) will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Handson experience with API development and integration (RESTful and GraphQL).
Expertise in version control systems like Git.
Expertise in system and schema design.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker.
Strong debugging and optimization skills.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Education Qualifications Required:
BE/B.Tech in computer science
