Job Description
We are currently seeking a licensed Florida home inspector to join our growing team at The Danny Logue with Pillar To Post Home Inspectors. As a member of our team you will be responsible for providing thorough and accurate inspections of residential properties for our clients in the Pinellas County and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current Florida home inspectors license
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including some weekends
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and accurate home inspections for clients
- Communicate findings to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of inspections and reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
