The Opportunity
The Adobe Business and Strategic Operations team in the Platform organization is looking for someone with critical thinking exceptional communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership and cross functional teams. We are looking for someone with passion fresh ideas is intellectually curious and has a focus on strategy and planning.
What youll do
As a key member of the team you will be responsible for driving critical initiatives to achieve business impact and support the growth of the Digital Media Org and Adobe. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Leading the identification and structuring of critical initiatives by partnering with crossfunctional teams to champion initiatives that drive business impact and deliver results through recommendations and insights.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams and executivelevel leaders by working across the organization to influence partners and ensure alignment across teams.
- Challenging the status quo exploring new and innovative ways to operate identify areas for improvement and spearhead essential changes to optimize processes.
- Designing and optimizing Adobe Unified Platforms operating cadences through streamlining workflows to ensure processes are efficient and effective.
- Create regular communications to senior leadership and crossfunctional collaborators through a variety of mediums e.g. reports videos blog posts newsletters etc..
What you need to succeed
Experience and Education:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in strategy operations or consulting in SaaS or digital environments
- Preferably hold an MBA and a BS or equivalent experience in a STEM field
Problem Solving and Initiative:
- A consistent track record of creatively solving complex business problems in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
Communication and Flexibility:
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present datadriven insights to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Flexibility to pivot and address ad hoc requests or shifting priorities
Interpersonal Skills:
- High emotional intelligence personal accountability and collaboration skills to influence and impact all levels
Analytical and Project Management Skills:
- Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing ambiguity and uncertainty
Communication Skills:
- Storytelling ability to simplify complex concepts into easytounderstand ideas and communicate across written and verbal channels

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $79800 $179400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
