Location: Fulltime InPerson MonFri 8:00 am 4:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone email and live chat to provide product information and support and guide them through the buying process.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets contributing to the companys revenue growth.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products services and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and customer experience.
- Process orders forms applications and requests diligently and accurately.
- Participate in training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge continuously.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle complaints and emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices as well as proficiency in MS Office and relevant computer software.
- A team player with a customeroriented approach.
- Must have Firearm Knowledge
Physical Demands:
Occasional lifting (up to 50lbs) and possible travel for trade shows.
