Job Description
Our clientleadingleader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for a Quality ControlTechnician I based out ofIndianapolis IN(1st Shift 7:30 AM 4:00 PM).
Duration: Long termcontract (Possibility of further extension)
Pay Range : $20/hr onW2 DOE
Performs repetitivetesting and inspection of the companys products using validated software.Performs analyses finished product from other sections of manufacturing orperforms investigations according to established procedures to determineconformance to acceptance specifications for a particular chemical or physicalproperty. Prepares instruments and apparatus according to establishedprocedures to support the testing activities of the unit. May monitor andverify quality in accordance with statistical process or other controlprocedures.
Responsibilities:
- Performs analyses offinished products to determine conformance to accepted specifications.
- Performs product verifications to ensure products are qualified for productionuse
- Performs test stand preventative maintenance procedures for the purpose ofensuring proper test stand operations
- Investigational testing of production and pilot material as needed
- Performs stability testing that monitors product claims relative to productshelf life
