Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary plus commission
Potential to earn between $60000 to $160000 annually

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet sales goals
Understand and effectively communicate Acura product knowledge to potential clients
Greet and assist clients with test drives vehicle selection and financing options
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
Continuously update knowledge of Acura products services and promotions
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management
Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide exceptional customer service experience
Requirements:
Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficient in using computer systems and technology
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
