Job Description

The Role
We are looking for multiple Principal Software Engineers who are selfstarterslove solving technical challenges and have prior experience working on a variety of engineering projects in an energizing environment. You should have extensive experience with Java cloud development and knowledge of frontend and infrastructure. In this role you will be focused on building industryleading Enterprise Content Management applications and services on our multitenant highly scalable cloud platform.

- You get to play with the latest technologies in the Cloud and keep your skills current while you innovate
- The opportunity to lead design implement and own key product features with our team in Toronto
- Work in a small team environment within a highly successful company that is growing fast
- Directly collaborate with all product stakeholders and drive multiple features to successful delivery
Requirements
- 10 years developing commercial software
- 5 years experience in Java including SpringBoot
- AWS Experience
- Experience with Infrastructure as a Code ansible Terraform Cloudformation
- Experience working on teams using agile development techniques
- Drive and flexibility to roll up your sleeves and work hard enjoys a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication skills
- BS in engineering/computer science or equivalent
- We are looking for strong mentors with a proven record of making your team better
Nice to Have
- Experience with React or similar framework
- Experience with Kubernetes/EKS
- Experience with Python
- BigData AWS Redshift

Compensation
- Base pay: $180000 $300000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications experience and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
