Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and assisting customers with their automotive needs Brickell Mazda a proud member of the esteemed Murgado Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Libertyville IL.
Brickell Mazda is a premier automotive dealership located in Miami FL . As part of the Murgado Automotive Group we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our business and take pride in providing topnotch service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the service department.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose automotive issues.
Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
Coordinate service appointments and communicate with customers throughout the service process.
Generate service estimates and obtain necessary approvals from customers.
Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering highquality service in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of automotive service and repair procedures.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software.
