Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented NICET II Fire Alarm Inspector to join our team in Aberdeen MD. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform thorough inspections of fire alarm systems. Additionally the inspector will handle some servicerelated tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of these systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes.
- Document inspection results and provide detailed reports to clients.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with fire alarm systems.
- Perform minor service and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their fire alarm systems meet all safety requirements.
- Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in fire alarm technology.
Qualifications:
- NICET II certification in Fire Alarm Systems preferred.
- NICET I certification is a must with the willingness to take the NICET II test.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm inspection and service.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local fire safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
