Job Description
First Look: Social Media Manager Corporate Comms
Were looking for a smart cultureobsessed social media leader to redefine corporate communications. Youll build and own a new kind of communications strategy one that speaks to investors industry folks and the broader internet in a voice makes them pay attention. Were a publicly traded company so we take transparency seriously. But we also believecorporate communications dont have to be boring.
Youll own and shape The Arena Groups publicfacing voice across X (Twitter) LinkedIn TikTok YouTube Reddit and Instagram creating smart engaging and sometimes irreverent content. From earnings reports to industry trends youll make corporate commsactually interesting.
The Arena Groups expected pay range for this position is currently $33.65 $48.08 per hour. Actual pay will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to location education experience and other factors permitted by law. The listed pay range is but one component of The Arena Groups total compensation available to its employees.

What Youll Do:
Develop and execute a socialfirst comms strategy that keeps investors informedandengaged
Concept film and edit original social content to bring company news and ideas to life
Manage and grow our online persona across platforms smart witty and not afraid to bend the rules when it works
Lead creative rollouts of company news earnings reports and executive updates
Host and moderate live investor Q&As on X Spaces YouTube Live and LinkedIn
Cultivate and manage influencer partnerships across social to amplify our voice
React quickly to trending news and online conversations with smart timely content
Track sentiment and performance to iterate and stay ahead of the curve
Collaborate across comms IR marketing and leadership to align on tone and transparency
What Youll Bring:
Experience leading social strategy and building an audience whether for a brand creator account or media platform
Deep understanding of social platforms especially LinkedIn Reddit and Instagram and how people actually use them
A track record of content that hits whether that means millions of views loyal followers or cultural relevance
Strong sense of brand voice and the storytelling skills to make complex topics click
Excellent communication collaboration and leadership skills
Comfortable on camera and/or hosting live conversations across platforms
Bonus: Experience in finance fintech or investor communications or curiosity to learn quickly
