Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Disposal of trash and recyclables in shop and upstairs office area
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms in shop and upstairs office area
- Keep track of restroom and breakroom supply inventory
- Cleaning and restocking break room in shop and upstairs office area
- Participate in housekeeping projects in shop and upstairs office area.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the shop area.
- Follow company operational and safety procedures.
- Shovel snow/Salt entryway and sidewalks
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & DUTIES
- Work with minimal supervision
- A positive teamoriented attitude
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - High School Diploma or GED
- Three months plus of related experience
- Good performance and safety records
- Valid drivers license/Clean driving record
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- At all times employees are required to be fit for duty.
- Employee is required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Employee may stand for long periods of time.
- Employee is required to bend and reach when cleaning.
- Employee may work in loud work areas.
