We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior FrontEnd Engineer to join our lean highimpact team and help shape the future of Web3. Youll dive deep into building innovative financial and cryptonative products services and APIs playing a pivotal role in delivering cuttingedge onchain solutions. As a key member of our Web3focused crew youll bring your expertise to craft seamless usercentric experiences that push the boundaries of decentralized technology.
In this role youll lead by exampleguiding technical discussions shaping our frontend architecture and championing bestinclass engineering practices. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build cuttingedge Web3 applications prioritizing intuitive UX and toptier performance to deliver seamless impactful user experiences.
- Collaborate proactively with our lean team sharing knowledge and insights to elevate our collective expertise and accelerate innovation.
- Tackle the most compelling and complex challenges in the Web3 space pushing the limits of decentralized technology with creative handson solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Web3 Expertise: Proven experience with blockchain technologies cryptocurrencies and Web3 development including proficiency in clientside signing and crypto transaction handling (e.g. Bitcoin Ethereum).
- Technical Skills: Strong command of React Web3 libraries (e.g. web3.js ethers.js) and wallet integrations paired with a track record of delivering secure functional frontend solutions.
- Ownership & Independence: Ability to take full responsibility for your workscoping implementing testing and releasing highquality features independently without leaning on product managers QA or other developers.
- ProblemSolving: Comfort with ambiguity capable of refining vague tasks into actionable plans by collaborating with stakeholders asking smart questions and managing expectations effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to pivot between Web2 and Web3 challenges and shifting business priorities paired with a hunger for continuous learning and selfimprovement.
- Engineering Excellence: Experience structuring frontend code for security maintainability and testability with a passion for rigorous engineering practices. Handson expertise with automated testing is a strong plus.
