Our L&DOD Department at Lightricks plays a pivotal role in driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Our team is in charge of initiating designing rolling out and overseeing training and development programs across the organization. We collaborate with both our extended HR team and key stakeholders across the company and the entire company ensuring that our learning strategies are integrated and effective.
In this role you will take full ownership of L&D initiatives for our tech teams with a strong emphasis on AI adaptation knowledge management and leadership training. You will work closely with the CTO and senior tech leadership to implement structured training programs and workshops ensuring our tech teams stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
