Structures Integration Technician

Mission

As a structures integration technician on the integration Team you will be responsible for all aspects of the second and first stages tanks fairings and structures components integration from highlevel requirements collection to detail providing also support on the manufacturing assembly and its integration in launch vehicles.


Responsibilities

  • Assembly tanks and subsystems test and install flight hardware.
  • Hands on operations with large and small fragile components.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Perform any work according to procedures instructions and specifications.
  • Perform hyrdo and pneumatic testing. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team (propulsion testing avionic) to fulfill the quality cost and programmatic objectives.
  • Document and communicate the analysis results thoroughly and clearly via design reviews.
  • Experience in aerospace or aviation industry.
  • Experience assembly lines or aeronautic structures repairs.
  • 5 years of experience working in related positions.
  • A demonstrated ability in Reading/understanding of technical drawings manuals and reports.
  • Capability to solve complex design problems to tight schedules with minimal supervision.
  • Use of drilling sealing and cutting tools.


Necessary Requirements

  • Experience assembly lines or aeronautic structures repairs.
  • 5 years of experience working in related positions.
  • A demonstrated ability in Reading/understanding of technical drawings manuals and reports.
  • Capability to solve complex design problems to tight schedules with minimal supervision.
  • Use of drilling sealing and cutting tools.


Desired Requirements

  • Experience with aerospace industry normative (ECSS NASA RCC MIL).
  • Knowledge of pressure temperature and flow measurement devices mechanical and electrical systems and aeronautic structures.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with other disciplines.
  • Proven ability to work in a transversal and multitasking environment.
  • Excellent attention to detailStrong analytical and problemsolving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve software issues and attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work within a team and interact with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and ability to work with few specified and changing requirements.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Desired Competencies

  • Fast adaptability to rapid changes environments. Team player able to work different tasks in parallel.
  • Ability to work in an autonomously driven and demanding startup atmosphere.
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication both Spanish and English.
  • English and/or French B2C1.
