Job Summary:
The Digital Direct Account Manageris responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territoryusing telephone web meeting and email interactions. Along with the fieldaccount teams the ISAM will build direct relationships with customers onsolution opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy sellingare achievementoriented and believe in performance rewards for exceedingannual sales goals through strong collaboration with internal stakeholders. Theideal candidate is successdriven fastpaced and works well in a diverse teamand enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Should have minimum one year of experience inSales.
Should have suitable knowledge on AccountManagement Microsoft Security & O365 Products.
Should know the entire Sales Cycle.
Should be a quick learner.
Inside sales account managers should initiatecontact with prospects generate leads and build relationships with customers.
IS need to do cold calls to profile & knacknew customer to generate qualified leads.
Email/Marketing Campaigns on periodic basis tocustomer for lead generation.
Qualifications:
12 years of work experience in similarpositions / freshers can apply for entry level positions
02 years of work experience in a technologysales field ideally with exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure) Software services.
Relevant sales or technical certifications willbe given preference
Consistentachievement of sales quotas and ability to work under pressure to achieve salestargets.
Abilityto Understand Technology.
Uses telephone & other IT tools to remotelyInterface with customers to present Quadra value to key decision makers.
Works independently proactively to avoid andresolve issues.
Should have 2year commitment to work in Quadra.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fresher or 1 or 2 years of Sales Experienced Candidate ispreferrable.
Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science.
