The Personal Systems Consumer Category team is seeking for Market Development Manager to lead Consumer Compute AI & Gaming Solutions in France Middle East and Spain.
We deliver exceptional Consumer Compute & Gaming solutions with cuttingedge design performance and ecosystem integration. Setting new standards and creating unforgettable experiences for consumers and gamers globally.
The mission is to level up the Market Category Sales Team and rest of the key stakeholders with indepth knowledge of HP gaming solutions develop strong 4P plans and support in countries.

Responsibilities
Build & Execute 4P plans for Consumer Compute & Gaming Solutions at country level.
Support country needs and execute business plan with given constraints alternative solutions.
Be the spokesperson for market asks within the global central teams.
Align within Global Teams on existing solutions working closely with key stakeholder in countries to ensure market specific requirements are included in Global Portfolio.
Continuously monitor Technology and Competitive landscape and collaborate with Product team to tune existing HP solutions and future to ensure HP remains ahead of the technology curve.
Collaborate with alliance partners to build strong growth initiatives.
Develop and implement endtoend New Product Introduction plan across Category Marketing Sales and PR.
Establish strong relationships with Top Retailers in the market.
Education & Experience Recommended
Fouryear or Graduate Degree in Business Administration Marketing or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7 years of work experience preferably in business development sales marketing product marketing product design or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills
PC Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the AI PC & Gaming industry including market trends player preferences and emerging technologies.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret market data consumer insights and performance metrics to inform strategic decisionmaking and optimize marketing campaigns.
Project Management: Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives ensuring timely and successful campaign implementation.
Marketing Strategy: Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically to the market considering product positioning target audience and competitive analysis.
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams such as product development sales and creative to ensure seamless of marketing initiatives and drive business results.
