We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our IT Strategy & Planning team. You will be based hybrid in San Jose California and will go into the office 3 days per week. Reporting to the Manager of Program Management youll be responsible of:
- Lead the planning and delivery of complex technical projects related to Infrastructure and Operations; manage portfolio and ensure projects are completed on time within scope and in alignment with business objectives and goals
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders crossfunctional teams; track performance against agreed upon commitments managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
- Create project documentation including executive level communications dashboards project plans and status reports. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress milestones and potential risks.
- Adept at building strong working relationships and quickly establishing credibility across an organization maintaining a high level of professionalism
What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with a strong focus on infrastructure operations and security understanding of infrastructure technologies zero trust architecture cloud platforms networking and security
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of conveying technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and key executives.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies PMI Agile Scrum Kanban and Jira

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on delivering highquality results in a fastpaced environment
- Problemsolving mindset with the ability to identify analyze and resolve projectrelated issues.

Zscalers salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this fulltime position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) benefits.
Base Pay Range
$115500 $165000 USD
