Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a crucial part in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system both digital and paper files.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications including memos and reports.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by preparing necessary documents and orientation schedules.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
