The mission of the Position:
As a Support Desk Specialist you should provide timely support to Customers with good interpersonal &
problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
Provides support to customers by identifying problems researching answers and guiding clients
through corrective steps.
Upselling various offers to customers through the contact center tool (Whatsapp/Calls).
Following up with clients.
Completing Support Tickets.
Advanced Knowledge of help desk software & remote access system.
Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support.
Track route and redirect problems to correct resources.
Follow up with customers provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Requirements & Skills
Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of help desk software and database management.
Strong clientfacing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
Customer service orientation
