What Youll Do

The Senior Inside Sales Representative will be able to faithfully execute the sales plan of the VP of Sales achieve or exceed ascribed individual sales objectives and to assist in the attainment of sales team goals.


As a Senior Inside Sales Representative at StartCHURCH you will:

  • Executes the HubSpot sales plan achieves or exceeds planned personal sales objectives
  • Taking and making sales calls to church planters ministry leaders and others looking to start organizations aligned with the StartCHURCH client target resulting in closed sales.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound lead follow up through varies channels such as calls email webinars and the like
  • Assess client needs and pitch StartCHURCH products and services to meet assessed needs
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure customer sales experience is accurate and effective.
  • Close sales resulting in hitting monthly and yearly goal targets.
  • Maintain set guidelines for customer contacts and funnel management.
  • Effectively collaborates with the VP of Sales and stays on the same page with current sales strategies put forth by the VP of Sales contributing the the shaping of the sales process by effective team work and support of team members.
  • Participate in discussions with the Inside Sales Team sharing knowledge of sales products services and procedures to ensure sales objectives are achieved. Look to Lead Sr. Sales Rep for expertise and follow the directives of the VP of Sales.
  • Assist in the process of training new sales representatives when asked.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication cross functionally with all StartCHURCH departments.
  • Crates long lasting service relationships with clients and manages accounts effectively in the parameters of the Blitz Strategy.
  • Monthly: Monthly and yeartodate key sales metrics.
