Overview
The Foreman serves as a member of the Frontline Operations Team and reports to the Project Manager. The Foreman is a keystone role for driving the success of the organization. This positions primary responsibilities are to ensure safety quality delivery production costs and training objectives while also performing handson duties on the job site.This is a career opportunity with significant advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
- Physically installing guardrail and fence solutions as outlined in the job site drawings and/or the standard operating procedures manual.
- Responsible for all crew members safety.
- Planning and managing projects with the daily management process.
- Monitoring and ensuring project performance including production duration and man hours.
- Compliance including daily logs checklists photo submissions asbuilts documentation employee relations credit card receipts etc.
- Managing and maintaining crew member relations including tracking documenting performance reviews development plans coaching and disciplinary actions.
- Coaching and mentoring guardrail and fence technicians.
- Managing and communicating crew travel appropriately.
- Accountable for equipment daily maintenance cleanliness and related documentation.
- Ensure quality and testing programs are adhered to.
- Ensure good teamwork and communication between all functional groups involved on projects.
- Efficient and effective client facing communication skills.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL; mixed endorsement preferred
- Experience in guardrail and fence construction preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Climates vary in temperature both hot and cold.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate and hearing protection is often required.
- Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
- Regular heavy lifting 75lbs) of construction materials on the job site.

Travel: Travel required; likely 30 travel
Compensation: Salary NonExempt $28.00/hr to $34.00/hr
