Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detailorientedControllerto lead the financial operations of our international manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inGAAP accounting financial reporting budgeting and strategic financial management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage accounting teams across multiple locations ensure compliance with international accounting standards and support business growth through datadriven decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the companys financial operations including general accounting financial reporting and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance withGAAP IFRS (if applicable) and all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Lead monthend and yearend close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Develop and managebudgets forecasts and financial analysesto support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Implement and enforce strong internal controls to mitigate financial risk and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a global accounting team fostering a highperformance culture.
  • Coordinate audits tax filings and financial reviews with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
  • Optimize financial systems processes and ERP systems to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that drive business performance.
  • Support mergers acquisitions and international financial strategies ensuring compliance with foreign tax and accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or a related field(CPA CMA or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum810 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 35 years in amanagement rolewithin amanufacturingorinternational businessenvironment.
  • Strong knowledge ofGAAP financial reporting and internal controls.
  • Experience managingmultientity multicurrencyfinancial operations.
  • Proficiency inERP systems(SAP Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic global environment.

  • Experience incost accountingandinventory managementwithin a manufacturing setting.
