We are a thriving private outpatient practice in the heart of Wilmington North Carolina dedicated to providing compassionate evidencebased therapy for individuals couples and families. We specialize in anxiety trauma and depressionand now were looking for a Licensed Sex Therapist to help expand our services and support clients in reclaiming their sexual wellbeing.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Providing sex therapy services to individuals and couples dealing with concerns such as intimacy issues desire discrepancies sexual dysfunction LGBTQ affirming care kink and nonmonogamy exploration and healing from sexual trauma.
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to each clients unique needs.
- Utilizing evidencebased approaches to help clients improve intimacy communication and overall sexual health.
- Maintaining clear timely documentation (because we like to keep admin stress to a minimum!.
- Collaborating with a dynamic team in case consultations and professional development meetings.
- Representing Evolution Wellness with professionalism including through social media (if thats your thing).
Your Ideal Schedule:
- Fulltime therapists carry a balanced caseload of 25 clients per week to ensure both meaningful impact and personal wellbeing.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Masters or Doctorate in Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy Counseling or a related field
- Full licensure in North Carolina (LCSW LMFT LCMHC or equivalent)
- Training or certification in Sex Therapy (or a strong desire to specialize in this area)
- A sexpositive LGBTQ affirming and traumainformed approach
- A passion for breaking down stigma and creating a safe space for clients to explore intimacy and relationships
