As an IT Product Owner (Sr. Tech Lead) you will be a handson leader and a key member of our Platforms & Infrastructure IT Product team within Enterprise Operations and Technology.

We are looking for an influential leader to help shape the strategic vision align product development with business goals and ensure platform initiatives deliver measurable value across the organization. Our focus is on enhancing the developer experience and achieving zeroops in a secure and compliant environment.

This role involves being responsible for the entire lifecycle of technology platforms and platform tools from ideation to while balancing innovation with resource and budget management.

We provide leadership and strategy for risk mitigation resilience and technology modernization working to build a worldclass operating system and enabling employee performance with the tools and resources they need.

Your Impact:

  • Drive strategic vision and align product development with business goals.
  • Manage the lifecycle of technology platforms (primarily on cloud) and Platform Tools
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and manage spend.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of commitments with crossfunctional teams.
  • Mitigate risks and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Combine technology understanding with business objectives.
  • Empower teams to solve productrelated problems and provide crossteam support.
  • Lead by influencing and supporting others across trustbased relationships.
  • Liaise with Agile teams to identify and resolve implementation gaps.
  • Manage stakeholders from executives to technical personnel influencing towards common goals.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal presentation and communication skills.
  • Identify and drive efficiencies and automation in processes.
  • Shape architecture and create secure resilient highperforming tech solutions.
  • Propose innovative ideas to improve products and show curiosity to learn.
  • Approach program teams with a business owner mindset considering P&L impact.
  • Engage with internal product teams to gather and process new requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT Risk Management IT Finance and Information Security teams to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of related experience.
  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in Product Management within Technology Platforms with demonstrated delivery.
  • Proven track record of leading crossfunctional teams in a cloud environment.
  • Strong business judgment and decisionmaking skills; ability to identify prioritize and articulate highimpact initiatives.
  • Previous experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure including designing and implementing scalable secure and resilient cloud solutions. AWS experience will be preferred.
  • Experience with cloudnative technologies and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD pipelines automation and infrastructure as code.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Indepth understanding of agile development and continuous deployment practices including scaled agile (SAFe) release increments.

  • Ability to effectively work independently and within groups while balance priorities.
  • Strong customercentric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences including executives.
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for cloud platform initiatives.

This position has an annualized marketbased salary range of $163000 $245000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
