Position Overview
We are seeking Cooks for both AM and PM shifts to prepare highquality meals for our guests while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. Whether youre crafting delicious breakfast dishes or preparing evening meals youll play a key role in delivering a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is presented attractively and meets brand expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and food storage.
- Work efficiently in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Handle guest requests and accommodate special dietary needs when possible.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety sanitation and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a highenergy teamoriented environment.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work AM or PM shifts weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay Rate: $22.80/hour
