THE TEAM
The mission of the Data & Analytics Department is to provide the business with actionable and accurate information to enable datadriven decisionmaking.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Data & Analytics team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for bridging the gap between business strategy and data. As a Sr. Data Analyst Supply Chain you will combine your deep understanding of who our clients are with your passion for data and masterful analytics skills to uncover opportunities that will enable Aritzia to create long lasting relationships with clients. THE ROLE
As the Senior Data Analyst you will:
- Seek to deeply understand Aritzias supply chain practice and generate actionable insights by analyzing operational warehouse data
- Understand and transform complex business problems into data & analytics requirements
- Partner closely with business leaders and crossfunctional partners to enable datadriven decisions that will enable efficiencies enhance customer experience and grow the business
- Leverage advanced analytics to build influence and refine models that enable data driven insights predict outcomes and recommend actions
- Visualize and communicate data through reports dashboards and presentations
- Assess daytoday business performance proactively investigate trends searching for root cause and recommend actions when appropriate
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Data Analyst has proven skills certifications and / or experience with:
- SQL and large datasets
- Analyzing data with Excel
- Visualizing data and building dashboards with tools like Tableau Looker or Power BI
- Python or R for data analysis
- AI / ML models
- Supply Chain warehouse management or logistics subject areas as an added benefit
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100000 $150000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Additionally this position may be eligible for bonus.
