Environmental Services Supervisor Career Opportunity
Salary Range $49168 to $87411 Compensation will be based on experience.

- Manage and supervise operations of the Environmental Services Department to maintain cleanliness and compliance with TJC federal state and local regulations.
- Support and motivate staff holding them accountable for performance and fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment.
- Manage inventory to optimize cost of supplies and maintain equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate analyze and make decisions in a detailoriented manner.
- Capacity to work independently and effectively without continuous supervision.
- Ability to lift lower push pull and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 50 pounds including medical supplies and equipment and the transferring and repositioning of patients.
- Proficiency in general office equipment and compliance with standards of business conduct.
