The Role
As a Senior Product Designer you will help us design our Practice Products. You strive for making complex workflows simple. Youre a handson designer. You relish the opportunity to spend your day listening to customer feedback working sidebyside with engineers and Product Managers to define how your ideas will come to life.
The Practice Analytics team is dedicated to helping clinical teams deliver the best patient care at the dentist office. We apply Overjets cuttingedge dental AI in a SaaS platform so dentists can consistently identify needed patient care and better explain treatment needs with powerful AI visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion Overjets design principles and practices.
- Lead user research initiatives to inform UX design.
- Simplify complex dental practices insurance workflows and regulatory requirements into userfriendly experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers Engineers Data Scientists and Clinical Researchers to define problems and prototype designs and user experiences.
- Inspire and support product teams to efficiently implement your UX vision.
Qualifications
- 5 years in B2B enterprise software product design with a strong portfolio of endtoend experience.
- Expertise in design principles and methodologies including usercentered design competitor analysis user journeys wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Proficient in creating highfidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma.
- Experience in planning conducting and analyzing usability testing through various methods.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with crossfunctional partners.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity prioritize work based on user needs and business goals and drive product ideas independently.
- Enthusiasm for learning entrepreneurship and taking projects from inception to launch in a highgrowth startup environment.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Many of our positions are based in San Mateo New York City Boston and Lahore. The Jetsetters who live in these geohubs come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays while having the option to work from home the rest of the week.
