Manager Store Operations
What will you do
A day in the life of a Manager Store Operations at Dickies looks a little like this.
The Manager of Store Operations will be responsible for the operational in all DirecttoConsumer Retail stores with a focus on managing and creating efficient retail operations and supporting exceptional customer service. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Retail Stores.
Lets break down that dayinthelife a bit more.
Assist in developing and executing retail store strategies within the Americas region.
Manage review and recommend policy and procedure updates as well as Standard Operating Procedure updates.
Develop audits and analysis to measure key compliance requirements.
Support Operational Training efforts to support technology evolution and business transformation needs (In partnership with the Sr. Retail Stores Manager).
Develop and maintain new PostPolaris Stock Supervisor Manual.
Manage Physical Inventory process in stores.
Maintain and refresh SRMS (inventory location management tool) documentation in partnership with VF Director of Engineering.
Service channel SME supporting escalation and timely of facilities issues and Safety Culture.
Support Sustainability initiatives.
Successfully address challenges such as sales leadership issues profitability and staff management while leading and inspiring a consumer centric culture by recognizing and rewarding teams.

Additionally while formal education in a related field is great to have we are most interested in your 5 years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Retail Operations fundamentals and business acumen
Proven communication skills strong written and presentation skills
MS Office Skills Word Excel and Power Point
Excellent organizational skills (planning scheduling and budgeting)
5 years of related professional experience

$83808.00 USD $104760.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
