The Junior Product Technologist assists the Quality Team for the technical development and tracking of the sealed samples ensuring they meet the design and quality requirements for Leather Goods and Soft Accessory departments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Product Technologist in the signoff of sealed samples across Leather Goods and Soft Accessories.
Work with Quality and Product Development teams to set up sealed sample lists creating and maintaining purchase orders. Liaise with Sourcing teams to communicate sample deadlines to suppliers.
Management of sample tracking DHL shipments and transfer of stock on Prima Order Management.
Support the Quality Team in creating and updating product risk assessments across the season.
Communicate with external suppliers and InCountry teams to track sample progress and ensure deadlines are maintained.
Support the management of the Wear Testing process alongside the Product Development team.
Work with the Product Technologist and suppliers to resolve quality issues that may have occurred in the marketplace.
Carry out store visits and comp shops to provide findings to the wider Quality team.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
Familiarity with word excel and email.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic technical knowledge of RTW/leather accessory industry.
Proven flexible approach to work.
Positive enthusiastic approach with the willingness to learn new skills.
