Job Description
collaboration with the multidisciplinary team assists patients along the continuum of care from abnormal findings diagnosis and through survivorship. The navigator will serve as a clinical resource with expertise in oncology care management while also providing guidance to the patient related to scheduling appointments removing access related barriers including insurance and transportation and answering clinical care related question
Education
Bachelors Degree : Nursing (Required)
Masters Degree : Nursing (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
RNLIC PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
OCN OCN Oncology Cert Nurse (Preferred)
Experience
5 Years experience in nursing with 2 years in oncology nursing. (Required)
1 Year experience as an oncology nurse case manager or patient navigator (Preferred)
