The Vice President of Strategic Solutions will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic alignment between the
sales team business units and the overall organizational goals. This position will serve as a key enabler of
business development and drives sales revenue to budget by offering presales support managing executivelevel relationships and collaborating closely with marketing service and sales teams to ensure a unified
approach to driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The VP of Strategic Solutions acts as a crossfunctional leader to support sales efforts enhance client engagement and ensure that business strategies are
effectively executed across different departments.

Position Overview
Strategic Planning &
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive growth client retention
and profitability
Ensure competitive positioning in the marketplace by leveraging insights into market trends client feedback
and competitive dynamics
Act as a strategic liaison between departments and business lines to ensure alignment with business
objectives and client expectations
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Partner with CGO to ensure sales revenue and profitability exceed budgeted growth expectations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and delivery to identify new business
opportunities and support the achievement of revenue growth targets
Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and develop innovative
solutions for clients
Client Relationship Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to enhance client relationships focusing on the
Companys largest and most important clients
Build and maintain trustbased relationships with key clients by collaborating closely to understand their
objectives challenges and opportunities and partnering with sales teams to provide strategic support and
tailored value propositions
Identify growth opportunities within client organizations and proactively drive initiatives to expand our
services
PreSales Support
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives deliverables and timelines
Lead the development and presentation of highlevel executive briefings proposals and solutions during
customer interactions
Collaborate with service leaders to tailor solutions and messaging for specific clients
Serve as a subject matter expert in clientfacing meetings showcasing the value of services and solutions
Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs)
Own the creation and delivery of strategic content for quarterly business reviews and executive business
reviews with key clients
Drive performance metrics client satisfaction and strategic recommendations during these reviews to
ensure alignment with client goals
Marketing & Market Analysis
Align messaging campaigns and gotomarket strategies while providing strategic insights through market
analysis and competitive intelligence to support promotional activities and decisionmaking
Lead the development of case studies client success stories and thought leadership content that
strengthens the companys market presence
Own the Customer Advisory Board initiative ensuring customer perspectives are considered and integrated
into strategic decisions to enhance longterm loyalty
Stay abreast of industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and
risks
Work closely with the executive team to align business strategies with market demands and client needs
Key Qualifications:
Proven track record of leadership in strategic solutions sales enablement or business development roles
Strong background in presales support executivelevel presentations and clientfacing engagements
Excellent understanding of business strategy with the ability to bridge gaps between sales marketing and
business lines
Experience conducting and leading QBRs/EBRs and presenting to Clevel executives
Exceptional communication collaboration and relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fastpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Experience in technology SaaS or consulting industries
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
