About: Boomtown is a spectacle that eclipses reality pulls in theatre escapism community & creativity. This festival giant is a UK favourite for uncovering a world like no other!

Roles and Responsibilities: Box Office Team Responsible for the daytoday running of the Box Office operation. Our box office teams are not just there to solve problems and anticipate challenges they are also equipped to handle all scenarios with experience and efficiency. Must be available for all the dates.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

Existing box office experience is a huge advantage
You must have previous customer service stewarding or similar experience
Enthusiastic polite and confident
A loud voice will be handy
A good level of spoken English
A love of working in the great outdoors!

Candidate requirements:

Applicants are required to have good availability across all of the event dates
You must be a British or Irish resident or have the right to work in UK
You must be able to provide at least two references from previous employers
You are required to stay in our Ethical Staffing campsite onsite where you have access to electricity hot water facilities and crew showers.
